Outside there is a patio with a larger than average private pool, ample chairs, loungers and tables. The Villa is located on Lake Wilson Preserve, a small Mediterranean development surrounded by a conservation area. It is ideally positioned 10 minutes from Disney and 20 minutes from Universal Studios and Sea World. Only a few minutes away is Champions Gate, with a selection of shops, a pharmacy, bank, gas station and various restaurants.

All in all this makes the villa a superb haven to come home to after a long day whether you have been enjoying the theme parks, at the beach, playing golf or just enjoying all that the area has to offer.
