As vacation homeowners ourselves, we are aware that the care and maintenance of your vacation home is of paramount importance to you. We will undertake all routine tasks to ensure that your home is maintained in first-class condition.  Services such as housekeeping, pest control, landscaping and pool care will be organised and managed using carefully selected and licensed operators.

Ensuring your home is available in top earning condition at all time is a priority.  

We have systems in place to ensure that your home will be thoroughly prepared for your guests' arrival.  These can be tailored to include more than just the basics:

  • Do you want to provide grocery packs for your guests?
  • Would your guests like a mid-stay housekeeping visit?
  • Do your guests need a 'meet and greet' service at the airport?


All this and more can be easily organised. Just let us know what services your guests would like.

Regular communication between homeowner and Management Company is key to a successful and stress-free partnership.  We will keep you fully informed about your home and will supply you with regular updates on your home's condition and supply monthly financial statements.

Looking after your lawn in Florida is not always easy.  There are many bugs and weeds that are determined to thrive in your grass.  But a well maintained lawn enhances your property. 

We provide a weekly service that includes lawn cutting, weeding, edging and trimming of shrubs with seasonal application of weed killer and fertilizer.

Pest Control Services

Pest Control

Insects and pests are inevitably present in the Florida climate.  In order to control and minimize the nuisance that these may become, we provide a pest control service using a professional Florida licensed pest control company.  This involves planned and regular treatments of your home and an on-demand service should any additional treatment be required.

Pool Care

Pool Care

Swimming pools are lots of fun for you and your guests.  They are a great place to relax and hang out, to play and to cool off during the hot summers!!

Swimming pools do have to be kept clean and working correctly.  We provide a complete pool care service which includes a weekly visit to:

  • Vacuum and brush your pool
  • Check water level and adjust as necessary
  • Test the chemical balance and adjust as necessary
  • Clean the filters and strainers
  • Hose the pool deck

At Sequoia Villa Services we pride ourselves in the high standards we set and maintain, both for cleanliness and general maintenance.  We undertake an 'end of stay' clean after each booking to ensure that your home is clean and fully prepared for your next guest.  We can also provide mid-stay cleans if required.
